16th October 2022 – Mount Pleasant Farm Dunwich Heath

In a rearranged task we were at Mount Pleasant Farm ,Dunwich Heath this week. We were tasked with removing a long stretch of rabbit fencing and posts which the group helped put in around 20 years ago. The hedgerow is now well established and therefore the fencing is no longer required and is unpleasing to the eye.

Although it was a small group we managed to remove the entire fence length that Sam ( the new ranger at Dunwich ) had requested.

We welcomed a new volunteer Andy although he had been on a few tasks with the group many years ago.

Thank you for everyone’s hard work
