ESNTV Tasks

1st July 2018 – Orford Ness

We returned to the Ness to tackle the Red Valerian, something we worked hard on last year. It was clear that last year’s efforts had been effective – the areas dug up had not really grown back. Fortunately this year a new approach was used, which meant no back-breaking work digging up the roots! Instead we could just chop the heads/flowers off, with the aim of preventing them from spreading and seeding.

Thank you to all who came out on this lovely day!
