22nd December – Mount Pleasant Farm

Our last task of the year saw many of us make the trip up the Suffolk coast to Dunwich. Here we worked at Mount Pleasant Farm on a variety of tasks, primarily processing and burning off the huge pile wood and brush that had been cut down prior to our arrival. We also pulled some unwanted trees from a hedgeline, and started the process of removing a fence that is no longer needed. Most importantly, we had our traditional Christmas sausage sizzle, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all!
