26th January 2020 – Ickworth Park

Another great task turnout, with nineteen volunteers, including two new people for our visit to Ickworth. Our aim was clear – to finally say goodbye to the Albana Walk inner hedge, but the property thought it was 50:50 whether we would get it done.

As usual, we split into a cutting team, and a bonfire team to be as efficient as possible. We had the use of three gators, and a more easily accessible fire site and… job done in time for an early lunch!

Thanks and well done everyone for getting this important SNTV activity completed. Great to make a start on reducing the height of the outer hedge too – another ongoing project, but not exclusively SNTV’s this time
