27th June 2021 – Copt Hall Marshes
We were out of sequence this week, as circumstances beat our last planned task. And we visited Copt Hall Marshes for the first time – we think – in twenty years.
Luckily, this did not mean twenty years maintenance to catch up on; however there was still a lot of overgrowth to tackle, a yard to clear, and the main gate to reinstall. A group of ten of us spread out to tackle the jobs, and was even able to finish a little bit earlier than usual. For those that missed out – we have saved some more jobs for another visit in August!
Thanks everyone for the hard work!
