5th December 2021 – Danbury Commons

This week the group returned to Danbury supporting ranger Matt in an area called Backwarden. The task involved cutting down small silver birch trees and gorse to allow the Heather to reestablished. The group managed to clear a large area and burned all that was cut down. This week we also welcomed a new volunteer. Thank you to those that have contributed photos to the album and for you continued hard work.
