ESNTV Tasks

26th March – Northey Island

Despite the wet and cold weather conditions we made a welcome return to Northey Island for our task this week. To fit in with the tides we started and finished earlier than usual but still managed to help the ranger Dave in cutting back a long stretch of overgrown vegetation to make way for a new fence and pathway. Some of the group then went onto litter pick along the foreshore while the rest of the group removed some old barbed wire fencing and posts.
Rob returned this week to install some bird nesting boxes too.
Many thanks to everyone for their continued support and hard work.
